Our volunteers are a dynamic group of individuals, each bringing a unique set of skills and motivations to support our mission of creating a safe and nurturing environment for everyone seeking employment.

  • Anna Franklin

    Anna is a financial analyst based in New Jersey, currently working part-time at Burn Boot Camp. A passionate runner, she has completed a marathon and loves staying active with CrossFit. When she's not working out, you can find her exploring new coffee shops or enjoying her favorite Disney parks—she's been a fan since she was 14! Anna was adopted as a teenager and is incredibly thankful for that experience.

  • Lissel-Thalia Devetori

    Lissel is a Social Media Manager based in NY. She started her career in 2018 as a desk assistant for CBS News then worked her way through the social media ranks at The Daily Mail, News 12, Yahoo, and more.

  • Keletso Snoeren

    Born in Botswana and raised in Zimbabwe, Keletso completed her tertiary education at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and Innovation, earning a degree in Broadcasting and Journalism. However, during her final year, she discovered that her true passion lay in content creation rather than journalism itself. Keletso showcases her creativity working on the Design Team at Rhize.

  • Meredith Krupa

    Meredith is an award-winning brand strategist and seasoned marketer focused on creating ideal human experiences at the intersection of innovative ideas and technology. Previously focused on bringing groundbreaking creative advertising experiences to life on Twitter and improving the digital wayfinding experience at your local retail center, she is most recently putting her eclectic skills to use helping emerging businesses find their brand and learn how to create and maintain their own digital footprints.

    As a champion of community and connection, Meredith is currently working to curate Rhize’s brand for partnership and future collaborations. When not immersed in emerging technology she enjoys live music, travel, and her (too many) houseplants.

  • Heather Voron

    Heather Voron has spent most of her career navigating the exciting world of marketing and creative production, specializing in everything from photography and video to TV campaigns and retail catalogs. Known for her superpower of transforming chaos into order, she thrives on bringing creative ideas to life—whether that means orchestrating a high-energy photo shoot, producing a TV commercial, or managing multimillion-dollar budgets.

    Currently, Heather volunteers with Rhize on the Member Experience team, focusing on increasing engagement within the community and expanding outreach through brand ambassadors.

    When she’s not busy directing global campaigns or collaborating with talented teams, you can find her dreaming up her next travel destination or cheering on her favorite Philly sports teams. Go Birds!

  • Neil Parker

    Neil, a native Texan, grew up in North Texas and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. After several years in the film industry, he discovered his passion for marketing and branding, leveraging his storytelling skills to help brands thrive. With experience across various industries—including powersports, commercial real estate, demand generation, and healthcare recruiting—Neil has honed his expertise in driving brand success.

    Currently residing in the Dallas area with his wife and their two young children, Neil enjoys building LEGO creations, hunting, and spending quality time with his kids.

  • Mel Goodwin

    Mel, a New Hampshire native, resides in Wilton with her husband, their 24-year-old son, 19-year-old daughter, and their cat (diva), Lola. She enjoys hiking the beautiful mountains in the area and kayaking on the nearby rivers and lakes. When she’s not out on the water, Mel loves cooking healthy recipes, mixing up new cocktails, working out, or crafting with her Cricut machine.

    Professionally, Mel's journey has spanned software engineering and leadership roles to program management in software sales enablement. At Rhize, she is excited to leverage her expertise to support the leadership team and make a positive impact on this vibrant community.

  • Flora Lindsay

    Flora is a Type-A creative who thrives on both strategy and adaptability. While careful planning lays the groundwork, her strength lies in creative problem-solving under pressure to bring ideas across the finish line. With a background in advertising and social media management, Flora also has experience managing a fitness franchise and running her own LLC. Her passion for storytelling drives her to create meaningful, human-centered content, whether for personal projects or professional digital campaigns.

  • Krissy Oh

    Krissy Oh is a social media designer and public relations specialist living in Kirkland, WA. With a B.A in Media & Communications Studies and a minor in Business Administration from UW Bothell, she enjoys creating content and editing videos in her free time. In this rough job market, she’s part of the Rhize Design Team to help support their mission, create new brand design assets, and learn valuable skills to thrive as a graphic designer/social media content creator.

  • Adeeb Nami

    Adeeb is a multidisciplinary Media and Marketing professional based in Toronto, Canada. With a background in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Adeeb has worked and studied in three countries around the world.

    His background in business studies compliments his skills in creative media. When he works on projects, he’s always thinking of creative problem-solving and new perspectives.

    Balancing between strategy and creativity, Adeeb pushes boundaries in order to fulfill and creatively engage his audience.

  • Erin Cowell

    Erin has loved drawing and painting since childhood—even leaving her mark on the family fireplace, which her mother still points out today. In college, she discovered her passion for graphic design and has never looked back.

    Now an award-winning Art Director with over 15 years of creative leadership experience, Erin has worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including retail, legal, tech, commercial real estate, startups, and nonprofits.

    At Rhize, she leads the remote design team, guiding the development of creative concepts that align with brand strategies. Erin is known for providing thoughtful feedback and fostering a big-picture mindset to inspire fresh ideas and ensure high-quality execution.

    Outside of work, Erin enjoys running, painting, and spending time with her husband, Will, and their 80-pound lapdog, Moo.

  • Madelyn Ma

    Madelyn is a graphic designer based in New York with years of experience in social media design and creating in the digital space. With a BFA degree in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at New Paltz, she was able to continue to develop her skills and knowledge by exploring different opportunities from agencies to in-house roles. As she’s navigating through this difficult job market trying to look for her next role, she’s working with the design team at Rhize to help continue to elevate the brand and support their mission.

  • Berlyna Cheam

    Berlyna is a San Diego native who has over 10 years of Customer Support and Administrative experience. With a degree emphasized in Journalism and Rhetoric & Writing, she continues to develop her skills and knowledge by exploring different opportunities. 

    Currently, Berlyna volunteers with Rhize on the Member Experience Team with the mission of supporting a welcoming and authentic environment within the community, where individuals are valued beyond their professional roles. She focuses on building meaningful connections that celebrate the human side of collaboration, making every interaction genuine and approachable.

    In her free time, Berlyna can be found going on walks, hikes, reading or pilates.

  • Sabrina Dhaliwal

    At eleven, Sabrina joined her mum in a ballroom dancing class, dreaming of performing on Dancing with the Stars and doing the Dirty Dancing lift with Patrick Swayze. While those dreams haven't come true, she has spent the last 15 years dancing across the US, Canada, and Switzerland, competing internationally with the McGill Ballroom Dance team.

    With a degree in Economics, Sabrina entered the workforce in 2017 as a Financial Analyst for the Canadian Coast Guard before becoming a management consultant focused on business growth and customer value. She led digital transformation projects and founded online networking communities and an LGBTQ+ non-profit, blending strategic, marketing, and design experience.

    Now an OG member at Rhize, Sabrina leads the member experience team, using her diverse background to enhance user engagement and support throughout their career journeys. Outside of work, she dances semi-competitively, is learning to figure skate (with a talent for falling), and loves shouting answers at the TV during Jeopardy or getting lost in a good book late into the night.

  • Elaine Bushkov

    A Bay Area native with over 20 years of HR experience, she spends her free time on the golf course with her husband, maintaining her personal fitness journey, or falling down TikTok rabbit hole (where hours mysteriously vanish).

    Between consulting gigs, she moonlights as a five-star dog hotel on Rover – because who wouldn't want to get paid for puppy cuddles? Despite facing two recent layoffs amid industry shifts, her optimistic nature and professional expertise remain unshaken.

    She currently channels her HR experience into consulting work and volunteering with Rhize, where she dedicates her time to helping others navigate their career journeys and project managing an innovative design team. Whether she's mentoring job seekers, leading project initiatives, or playing concierge to four-legged guests, her commitment to lifting others up (both human and canine) shines through in everything she does.

  • Steve Hellin

    Steve, a native New Yorker from Long Island, has lived in the Metro East area of Illinois for the past 20 years. He and his wife have been married for nearly 25 years and have two daughters, both seniors—one graduating high school and the other studying Musical Theater at the University of Utah.

    An outdoor enthusiast, Steve enjoys hiking and supports his daughters' marching band activities, which are a significant part of their community.

    With a background in B2B software partnerships, Steve has worked at several startups and spent 15 years at IBM. Most recently, he was Director of Strategic Partnerships for Ryvit before moving to Trimble after its acquisition.

    After nearly a year of unemployment, Steve launched Metro East Ventures LLC to offer consulting in construction tech through his brand, Partner Builders Group. At Rhize, he looks forward to networking and sharing insights with those interested in starting their own LLCs.

  • Leslie Delhomme

    Leslie is a paralegal-turned marketing professional. Currently working on the communications team for Rhize, her legal background gives her a unique advantage. Outside of Rhize, Leslie is interning for Achievable, an educational technology startup. Outside of work, Leslie is a freelance musician, specializing in vocals and guitar arrangements.

  • Victoria Vales

    Victoria Vales is a seasoned senior recruiter with over fifteen years of experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries. Known for her strategic mindset and results-oriented approach, she has successfully led recruitment initiatives that attract top talent, optimize processes, and drive organizational growth.

    Her expertise includes developing data-driven recruitment strategies, managing executive-level searches, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet critical hiring needs. Passionate about building high-performing teams, Victoria leverages her skills in sourcing, talent insights, and process improvement to support business goals and foster impactful hiring solutions. 

    Victoria has also volunteered at Street Team Movement Inc. Through her volunteer work, she supported the homeless community in Orlando by helping to provide essential weekly laundry services and remedial aid, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful social impact.
