Community Guidelines

Rhize is the largest free online community focused on the emotional wellbeing and professional development of our workforce. It’s a place where professionals looking for new career opportunities can connect with like-minded peers, build relationships, share information, and expand their knowledge.

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

A strong community requires a diversity of people, perspectives, and experiences. This doesn't happen by accident - it takes intentional effort to build and maintain. We’re sharing our Community Code of Conduct because we want everyone in the Rhize Community to understand what we expect from our members.

If you have suggestions to make these expectations clearer, more inclusive, or more effective, please direct message Giovanna Ventola in Slack or email hello@rhizetogether.com. We're here to support and grow together.
